If it seems like a suitable match, we'll propose a phone call or video meeting. These are targeted discussions—roughly half an hour to three quarters of an hour—covering users, constraints, timelines, and priorities.
Some discussions evolve into lasting collaborations. Others conclude with candid guidance or a referral to another option. Either way, upfront clarity saves time for everyone.
